The first, second and third fingers go into the finger loops, the little finger does not have a loop.

Gripads are labeled 'Left' and 'Right'

Gripad Don'ts

Textured Steel Gripad is made of Neoprene. Although it's quite tough, its not as stong as steel. Bars with this kind of textured surface act like a cheese grater on gripad, shredding its neoprene in no time at all.
If fact these textured steel surfaces are tough on anything, skin, fabric, even leather!
Movement & Rotation Gripad, it's a pad that grips.
More grip = less slip.
Do not use Gripad if you are doing an excercise that requires movement or rotation of the bar because Gripad will try to prevent any movement or rotation. Forcing movement or rotation in this way will eventually lead to dammage of your Gripads.
